Vision:  A well-known pharmaceutical brand was looking to redesign its stores, and one of the mandates was: go big in beauty.

Challenge: Create a beauty and personal care section that was simultaneously bigger and smaller, with more assortment but easier navigation.

Solution: Halverson Group applied Reality Test + Learn™, putting shoppers in a redesigned store and using unstructured and structured shopping exercises, along with eye tracking, to understand how to make it better.

Outcome: Halverson Group validated the benefits of the store redesign, and provided some makeup tips for making the beauty and personal care section even prettier.
